The on-site team comprises Centre Manager, Operations Supervisor, Service Area Supervisors, Security, Cleaning and Maintenance staff.

Lynn Ison has worked in shopping centre management for almost 20 years, whilst Kevin, recently appointed Operations Supervisor, is more used to looking after office and warehouse space within DTZ.

Brian and Trevor manage the busy service area, while contract security patrol the malls.   Cleaning staff ensure the centre is presentable and maintenance keep on top of statutory testing and lighting defects.

Lynn, Kevin, Brian and Trevor are employed by DTZ, the managing agents, who manage the centre from their Manchester office.  Jessica Padgett is the Management Surveyor for the Centre.
